Step One
Research & Preparation
We start by taking a deep dive into your goals, focusing on what your main objections are for the website. You’ll fill out a client brief which helps our designers get a better feel for your project.
Once you’ve filled out the brief, nailed down your site map, and provided us with your website content (unless Bright Social Agency is writing the content for you), we’ll schedule a design kickoff meeting to get your project started.
Step Two
Design Kickoff Meeting
This is a time for our team to ask you questions and for you to ask us questions. We will establish a timeline with due dates for both you and us, and make sure we are all on the same page for your web design project.
This is a great time for you to meet your designer, explain the feel you would like for your new website (or what you do not like), and share websites with us as examples of different aspects you feel drawn to.
Step Five
Develop Your Website
Once your website has gone through the pre-determined number of edit rounds and you’ve approved the design, then your website moves to development. This is where our web development team takes the designs you love and builds them out so that they can live on the internet.
During this phase, we will add in all of the buttons, animations, forms, maps, etc. so that your site is fully functional and user-friendly.
Step Three
Create A HomePage Design
After our initial meetings, the fun really begins as our design team will create home page mockups to show you the designs they are considering.
You can choose your favorite, or certain parts from each, and give us your initial thoughts and edits. Once we have a homepage concept approved and ready to go, then your designer can get started designing the additional pages of your website and the next stage begins.
Step Four
Design Your Full Website
Designing each page of your website comes next, and this is where everything really starts to come together.
During this phase, you’ll be working closely with your designer as you decide what you love, what you like, and what needs to be tweaked slightly to fit your picture. You’ll get the opportunity to make edits to the design here so that when your project moves into development, it’s just the way you want it.
Step Six
Approach, Text & Launch
Once the development phase has been completed, you’ll have the opportunity to review your website again before taking it live, just to verify that everything is exactly as you’d like it to be.
Our development team will test your website’s functionality across various browsers to make sure everything is working properly. Once we’ve verified that everything is good to go, our development team will launch your new website.
These are separated into two payments with a deposit of half required upfront and the final remainder calculated based on total hours for completion and due at delivery.
